Since 1998, Firm Foundations Community II (FFC II), is a 501C3, non-profit, preventive care and health maintenance vehicle, that offers outreach services and professional consultation to the community that assesses current health issues and teaches practical skills to modify detrimental health behaviors.

Do
Firm Foundations Community's mission is to promote healthy behaviors and lifestyles for the entire family through education and community outreach. We serve as a preventive care & health maintenance organization for families with little or no health insurance, those with limited access to regular health screenings and those families with inadequate health care.
