FFC II leverages expertise and resources of the medical community: physicians, health related professionals, educational institutions, and corporations. Area physicians, registered nurses, masseotherapists, fitness consultants, nutritionists and dieticians deliver our outreach services and professional consultation. Our consultants’ have expertise in various areas, including family healthcare, pediatrics, geriatrics, nutrition, fitness, men and women’s health, disease prevention and intervention.

The expertise of our medical experts provides FFC II with the ability to quickly perform quality follow-up care services to individuals with potentially critical health issues. The agency has developed relationships with area educational institutions to assist in providing family health affairs. The prominent institutions can provide student interns to help staff our efforts. Not only does their involvement afford them an invaluable community service experience, it also provides the community with access to the much-needed services of highly qualified and supervised medical professionals.

An Evolution

Founded in 1994, Firm Foundation, Inc. (“FFI”), a for-profit organization, sought to educate and serve individuals and small groups on the matters of health, nutrition, fitness and stress management. FFI’s philosophy was the promotion of individual growth in these areas. While educating in nutrition and fitness, we realized the tremendous need for a community-based extension of services to include family preventive care and health maintenance. Derived from a conscious and focused effort to give back to the community, the entity formerly known as Firm Foundations, Inc. evolved into Firm Foundations Community II (FFC II).
