We serve as a preventive care & health maintenance organization for families with little or no health insurance, those with limited access to regular health screenings and those families with inadequate health care. Most of our programs are offered to the community free of charge to participants and the organizations that host us. We serve the Greater Cleveland area and have developed positive on-going relationships within the Buckeye/Woodland, Harvard, Cedar, and Mt. Pleasant neighborhoods. South East Seven Day Adventist Church, Fellowship Baptist Church, Mount Olive Baptist Church, Christ Our Redeemer Church Antioch Baptist Church, Mt. Haven Baptist, Church Word Church and Positive Plus Women’s Group are just a few of the churches and organizations that host our programs every year.

Firm Foundations Community II Speakers Bureau offers community organizations throughout Greater Cleveland and Akron access to advanced information regarding various health care issues. All seminars vary in length from 30 minutes to one hour. The most significant way to reduce healthcare costs is to educate the public on ways to maintain their health and prevent disease.
